As an initiative to bring Awareness on Clinical Trials, the Patient Awareness Program are being conducted across all the centers in the CTN-Diabetology. Also, the participants were given education material’s like pamphlets, charts etc. to understand the importance of clinical trial.
On the account of World Diabetes Day 2022, for 5 days (10th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th). Various programmes like diabetic awareness programme on diabetes, its complications, prevention, was conducted at the OPD. Around 40-50 patients listen to the diabetic awareness talks given by doctors and by the nutritionis on nutrition, BIRAC diabetes awareness pamplets were also distributed. Diabetic Quiz for doctors and nurses were conducted on 14th November 2022.
